Office Team

Valerie Iarrobino
Val has handled our accounts receivable and accounts payable since our company started. She works directly with our legal and accounting advisors and is always up to date on company financial status. Val is reliable, dedicated and always available for consultation at our main office.

Wendy Cernek
Wendy is our project coordinator. Wendy has worked with Mike through three companies since 1994. There is a reason why Mike has kept Wendy close over the years. She has a firm handle on Contracts, Change orders and all paperwork required to complete a project from bidding to completion. Wendy is also very well versed in Insurance and Bonding procedures. Wendy can be reached at our main office in Phoenix for all inquiries regarding documentation.

Marja Moore
Marja is our Project field administrator and also works as Mike's personal assistant. Marja insures all field generated paperwork from our superintendents is processed and organized for our coordinator. She manages to accomplish several tasks daily and is as diligent as she is cordial.

Field Team

Mike Angelone
Mike is President and founder of our company. He is responsible for Sales & Client relations, estimating, value engineering and is our senior Project Manager. He has always been known as a guy who will pitch in and assist at any level including trades and labor. His vast exprience in construction is the result of trade and supervisory experience since 1976.

Gordon Miller
Gordon is our senior employee. His dedication and devotion to our philosophy is a quality that sets him far above the norm. Gordon is a native of South Africa who now resides in Irvine California as a U.S. citizen. His construction experience dates back to 1980 and in addition to a master carpenter status, he is well versed in a number of additional trades. Gordon's position at Angelone Builders varies due to the variety of needs within our client base. His multi-level experience allows him to run crews, supervise subcontractors, and Project manage the most difficult projects we face. He has worked side by side with Mike since 1997.

Cody Holoch
Cody has been a member of the Angelone Builders Team since July of 2004. His diversified skills give him a broad based knowledge in many aspects of new construction as well as renovation. Cody’s experience stems from a strong construction background in his family business. Cody is one of the more requested superintendent’s on many of our hospitality projects. Cody’s ability to multi-task makes him a valuable asset to our company.

Brian Timothy
With over 28 years in the construction industry Brian brings a broad range of experience as a senior project manager in general contracting and has an educational background in architectural design. Projects completed include ground up commercial buildings ranging to 300,000 square feet of shell to remodel and tenant improvements of office buildings along with restaurant, hospitality, medical and institutional projects. With the ability to meet clients at the conceptual stage of a project, assist with project estimating and value engineering to guide a project to the successful completion that meets the customer’s desires and requirements. Brian looks to build team relationships or partnerships with owners, architects and subcontractors and believes in strong communication with all parties so the project goals are met. His mission is to build lasting relationships and quality projects for customers and clients with an emphasis on the goals the customer has set forth for the project whether it is quality, cost or timing or that perfect mixture of all three to make the project successful.

Zsolt Pisztel
Zsolt is a master tradesman from Hungary. He has a diversified background in tile, stone and masonry as well as a journeyman carpenter status. Zsolt has a strong ability to organize and maintain quality. He is highly regarded in this industry for his commitment to excellence. Zsolt's position at Angelone Builders is that of Senior Superintendent. His ability to run jobs is matched only by his ability to maintain the company's reputation for quality. Zsolt has worked with Mike since 1997.

Cory Berseth
Cory is a graduate of Univ. of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Hotel Management. Although his trade experience is limited, Cory has come up through the ranks from laborer to assistant superintendent and now superintendent. Having worked in the hospitality industry Cory understands the high demand for schedule, quality and a guest friendly approach to construction projects. He has studied intensely under Mike since 2001 and has reached the point where he is requested by some of the more prestigious properties in Arizona. He is an intelligent supervisor and has a stellar record of completion times.

Mickey Bodnar
Mickey is new to the Angelone team joining in June 2009. Mickey is originally from Michigan where he studied Construction Systems and Architectural Technologies. Since 1997 Mickey has worked in Arizona as a superintendent completing numerous projects at Sky Harbor Airport, Valley Hotels, Banks, Restaurants, Bars, Offices, Car Dealerships, and many other Commercial Improvement Projects. Mickey prides himself on excellent customer relations and attention to detail. Angelone Builders has the upmost confidence in Mickey’s abilities and looks forward to having him on our team.

Jason Ellsworth
Jason has been with our company since 2005.  He has completed a rigorous apprenticeship under Gordon and Zsolt in tile/stone setting and drywall/stucco finishing.  Jason has aggressively pursued the trade industry and is on his way to learning all aspects of renovation.  We expect Jason to be a large part in our future success both as a craftsman and a jobsite superintendent.

Daniel Boyle
Daniel has been with our company since 2005.  He has been an excellent student of the industry.  Daniel is actively pursuing a career as a jobsite superintendent and has excelled as an assistant superintendent on several large hotel projects.  We expect Daniel to be instrumental in our future success and look forward to having him grow with us.

Pete Palletti
Pete has extensive experience as a cabinet shop carpenter from Michigan.  He has been with our company for about two years.  He has been instrumental for the “in house success” of our company.  He has also been working in the field as an assistant superintendent, learning the level of acceptable quality and scheduling we expect here at Angelone Builders.
