Angelone Builders is a commercial renovation company, created to serve the restaurant and hospitality industry. Its founder Mike Angelone, has molded the firm around a simple principle: “Good is not enough where better is expected.” His reputation for completing difficult tasks within impossible deadlines has created a blueprint of success for his extremely talented staff.

Since 2003, Angelone Builders has devoted its efforts to formulating a solid financial base, a competent core of subcontractors and a prestigious group of high profile clients which lays the groundwork for a sound and successful future.

With the ability to mobilize a strong team, both with reliable subcontractors and a diversified in house force, Angelone Builders has the ability to either adjust to challenges on the fly, or supplement any job in order to meet or exceed a customer’s needs.

Angelone Builders has an unblemished record with the Registrar of Contractors in Arizona, California, Utah, New Mexico and Washington. In addition to being licensed and bonded in these states.

Angelone Builders is also licensed to conduct business in Texas and New York; where a commercial license is not required or a recognized out of state license is accepted. Angelone Builders is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Mike Angelone

Mike Angelone started in the construction industry in 1977 and was brought up in the trades as a union carpenter in metropolitan area of New York City. He joined the family business in 1981 of commercial and residential contracting and learned the administrative and management side for the next 10 years. When the opportunity was presented to him to work with Gemini Restoration remodeling high-rise buildings in Manhattan he took on this challenge.

Looking for warmer climates Mike moved to Arizona in 1994 and as a project manager worked for Michael Deutsche until 1997 he then took the opportunity as a senior project manager for Peak Performance Hotel Renovators. Deciding in 2003 that it was time to venture out on his own and began Angelone Builders with humble beginnings and a strong set of core principles and values that he learned through the years being in the construction industry. Today Angelone Builders is a thriving construction firm looking for challenging projects and has developed long lasting relationships with many top 100 corporations throughout the United States and looks to continue this goal into the future.
