True Food Kitchen is designed to capture the essence of healthy and balanced living. The identity of the interiors was created to mirror its cuisine; simple, fresh and pure. This was achieved through a color scheme that alternates between bright and warm colors combined with attention to detail among the core design elements including lighting and carefully selected materials.

The modern design incorporates the use of environmentally friendly materials which reflect the restaurant’s natural and health-eating focus. Among the Restaurant’s eco-friendly materials are reclaimed wood floors, recycled quarry tiles and low-VOC paint. A good deal of the equipment is also “green,” from waterless urinals and ultra-low-water faucets to low-voltage LED lighting and energy-efficient kitchen equipment.

This is the second Juby True store, but the first standalone spot, in a 2,200-square-foot space that expands the base idea of organic, fresh, cold-pressed juices to include coffees, teas, snacks, “energizing” salads and super-food meal-replacement smoothies.
